When setting up our creche, our plan is to provide the best creche in town. Therefore, we ensure the room is spacious with adequate light and ventilation. To also ensure our teachers are dedicated and not overwhelmed, we adopt a 3:1 teacher-to-baby ratio in our creche. Our primary objective is to ensure babies in our care are comfortable at all times, by changing their wet diapers on time, giving them nutritious food according to their need and encouraging good habits through routine activities such as potty training.
We understand that babies and toddlers are very vulnerable, as they are at the early stage of development. For that reason, our creche is staffed with only trained and qualified teachers. We also ensure our team of teachers are made up of people with a natural affinity for toddlers.
Our teachers understand how boys and girls grow and learn; they also take their time to study and understand the interest of each child in their care. Hence, they give each child the required attention that will enable him or her to learn and develop relevant skills.
We adopt activity based learning – an integral part of the Montessori teaching method, which is proven to help kids learn faster and comprehend the basis of what they are being taught. Through activity based learning, your child gets to play, have fun, and still learn the Alphabet and Numbers. This method not only helps the child with speech but enhances the essential skill of communication.
We create learning experiences that enable children to draw meaningful connections across their learning experiences and between their learning and life experiences. This helps them to understand how concepts and skills are linked and can be applied in different situations/contexts.
Playgrounds are essential safe spaces where children can be themselves and express their fun-loving nature while developing crucial cognitive, physical, social and emotional skills. To put it simply, play is a spontaneous activity children engage in to have fun. When children play, they gain a huge variety of skills such as: Coordination, Motor skills, Cognitive abilities, Social awareness, Language, and so much more.
Always Life Academy offers exceptional levels of child care coupled with endless opportunities to promote a wholesome development in our young children.
We have highly qualified, dedicated and experienced nursery practitioners and nurses. We pride ourselves with having a consistent key worker careers for the children. They are very competent and keen and will hand over and discuss in details the observations in the daily record book on each child. There are a wealthy array of fun activities organized by our very warm and caring team of teachers. We pride ourselves in staff that are caring, attentive, and supportive and most of all, enjoy working with and being around the children.
Always Life Academy is equipped with ultra-modern facilities and caters to the needs of babies and toddlers, thereby giving parents the required peace of mind to enhance productivity at their workplace.
Our settings is homely, attractive and specious for the children to move about freely.
We open from 7:30am to 6:30pm (plus extended hours, if required) from Monday to Friday running throughout the year; vacation periods inclusive. We accommodate special requests and have an absolute meticulous caring process.
